September Cast n' Blast

With fall fast approaching, the first sign of waterfowl hunting
touches the southwest corner of Louisiana. Thousands of blue wing
teal swarm the skies of our marshes and rice fields on the heels
of colder weather to our north. Come join us for some of the fastest
bird hunting in North America. Flocks of teal scream across our
rice fields and marshes, giving sportsmen a truly unique hunting
experience.
Our guest’s day is not complete with just a waterfowl hunt.
Try some truly unforgettable saltwater angling on world famous “Calcasieu
Lake” (locally known as Big Lake). Calcasieu Lake offers anglers
red fish and speckled trout fishing that rivals any saltwater estuary.
With all of this, Grosse Savanne, offer guests still more. Tee
up and play one of the finest golf courses in the state. Recognized
on the Audubon Golf Trail for its glorious salute to an untouched
marsh landscape, Gray Plantation will conjure up the days of yesteryear
for any golfer.
This Cast n’ Blast package will give any guest an experience
to be remembered. Together with the fine dining and lodging, an
experienced staff to serve any need, and the wonderful world of
Mother Nature, we invite you to experience what is known as Grosse
Savanne Lodge.

(Minimum 2 guests. Rates based on double occupancy per
room. Guests requesting single occupancy rooms will be charged an
additional fee per night.)

Afternoon activity: Choice of marsh fishing, saltwater fishing,
or golf.

per night (up to 18 guests)
Includes: Exclusive use of the lodge, five course dinner,

Note: We stock a variety of liquors, including beer and wine,
which are complimentary and included in overnight packages. Special
bar requests will be provided if possible and subject to additional
cost to customer.
