A plantation-style retreat, the Grosse Savanne Lodge will accommodate 18 guests in nine bedrooms. The lodge offers all the modern conveniences and comforts of home, including daily linen and turn down service.

At the heart of the Grosse Savanne Lodge is the great room and adjacent game room-the perfect place to reminisce about the day's adventures. A number of conversational pieces complement the cypress woodwork and treasured antiques that cascade across the walls, a handcrafted game table, billiard table, plasma televisions, a wet bar with the finest top shelf spirits, a magnificent fireplace and plush furnishings. Guests may also enjoy our large screened-in porches with their early morning coffee or an evening drink, and a bird tower perched high above the marsh to witness a majestic sunset and the waterfowl and wildlife of the marsh.

A new wing has added an additional four bedrooms, each with two queen-size beds, private bathroom, Jacuzzi tub, and porch. Also, a new conference room complete with all the necessities to accommodate your business meeting is available to you and your guests. And for those who want to relax over a game of pool and a football game on a large plasma screen television, there is a game room addition for you to enjoy in the evenings. A large pro shop stocked with all the popular “guide wear”, and a nature walk is available as well.
